Creative Arts School Autumn Term

As the school year starts afresh so too does the Creative Art School! The new term starts on Tuesday September 8th at 7pm in the Novas building on Greenland Street. The Creative Arts School end of term performance, The Sound of Music, will be held at Frontline Church in Wavertree on Tuesday 14th July at 7pm.

Upside Down

Saturday 13th June. Picnic in the park with Pure! We will be hosting a picnic in Sefton Park in Liverpool. Come and enjoy an afternoon of fun, laughter, friendship, teaching and relaxing! "It will be a time of coming together with all the girls that we see on a regular basis and have the opportunity to share our faith over some cake and yummy treats! The Team visit Wigan to provide Sex Education workshops, working with young people to look at sex and relationships.

Creative Arts School performance

Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th March 2009

The children and young people from Pure Creative Arts School will be performing their production 'West End Nights and Broadway Lights' over two consective nights. The show starts at 7pm at Frontline, Wavertree, and will include songs and dances from some of the best loved musicals from the West End and Broadway.

February 2009

Week booking at Pensby Girls

Monday 2nd - Friday 6th February 2009. The team will be heading to the Wirral to re-visit Pensby Girls, working with a number of year groups on issues surrounding body image, identity and sex and relationships.

Soul Sista

Saturday 14th February 2009 sees the team head down south to Soul Sista where they will be performing the production 'Hold Me' and speaking on the issue of sex and relationships.

Pure Creative Arts Showcase

Wednesday 18th February 2009. The showcase will be presenting Pure's work around the issues of sexual and mental helath. The sessions will include excerpts from Pure’s theatre productions and workshops, including new material from the new production on pregnancy crisis. Booking with Liverpool City Council

Monday 16th and Thursday 19th February 2009. During half term Pure will be working alongside Liverpool City Council and providing productions and workshops as part of their half term activities project.

 

January 2009

Monthly prayer meeting

Monday 5th January 2009 at 7.30am, location to be confirmed. Kick start the new year by attending our January prayer meeting and praying for our new building and all that 2009 has in store.

The band head to Manchester

On Saturday 3rd January the Pure band will be heading to Greater Manchester to perform. For more details please contact us.

Week long booking

During January the team will be heading back to the Wirral where they'll spend a week in a school, performing all three productions and working with years 7 to 11.
