This term the Junior classes will be working on songs and dances from the old classic 'Annie' including 'Tomorrow' and 'Never fully dressed without a smile'. The Senior class are working on writing and performing their very own muscial for the first time! They will be devising everything themselves from the script, dance routines and songs, to the costume design and set. Aside from the productions, the children and young people will be given the opportunity to develop their confidence in acting, dancing and singing through workshops, and one-to-one tuition.
This terms performance is taking place on Monday 28th June, 7pm at the Bridge Chapel Centre. Tickets cost £4 and be booked by calling the office or emailing Rebecca Boyd at rebecca.boyd@purecreativearts.co.uk
Creative Arts classes are taught every Wednesday evening for children and young people aged 5 - 18 years old, at the Bridge Chapel Centre. Over the two hours the children take part in dance, drama and singing classes.
Performances: Students will showcase their work in two performances, the first in the autumn/winter term and the second in the summer term, providing an opportunity to show family and friends what they have been working on.
Drama Master classes are held every Tuesday evening at All Souls Church Hall where the young people learn drama and speaking skills and have the opportunity to work towards Guildhall examinations.
