Naomi grew up in Bristol with her parents and older brother but came to Liverpool for University in September 2008. She has always had a love for dance, drama and singing joining a number of saturday morning drama clubs, hip hop and jazz dance classes and singing in the shower! After doing A-Level Drama and co-writing a school musical, she realised her love for all things dramatic and decided to go to Zimbabwe, Malawi and Tanzania for 3 months, using drama to communicate vital messages about the risk of HIV and Aids. At University she became involved with the drama society and began to organise open mic nights where she loves to perform.
That I get to use my passions, for young people and performing, in such a positive and productive way. I want to help people achieve all they were made to and I know the power of drama and performance in communicating - so it fits perfectly! Its great being part of an awesome team, all with similar vision and passion. Love it!
Tricky...possibly a little island in Thailand called Ko Phi Phi - beautiful and such a simple way of life. Or Lake Malawi - fresh water but with a tide AND stunning sunsets! Or Paratay in Brazil...or Queenstown in New Zealand...or a big grassy area called the Downs in Bristol, with friends and a BBQ...or Kingswear in Devon watching the sunset...or on the stage...or in my bed!
Whatever my day is like I know there is more to life and that I am loved and safe in the hands of the universe creator! It's so freeing and lets me step out in the things that have been planned for my life without fear. Plus it's a global community of people living in an epic way! He's just an awesome best mate.
