Greg is an extremely talented singer and musician and plays the piano, guitar and bass. He has a varied taste in music and his influences include, Gemma Hayes, Jonathan Stockstill, Stylusboy, Coldplay and Brendan James.
As well as being part of the Pure band, Greg is also a workshop leader as part of the male schools team.
Tim Anderson plays drums in the Pure band and has been playing in bands for the past 4 years and is involved in the worship at his church. He plays both the drums and base guitar and decided to become part of the Pure band as he believes in the vision of Pure and enjoys being part of this vision. Tim’s main musical influence is John Mayer and his dream would be to drum in his band one day and go on tour with him.
Dan Anderson has been involved in music for about 8 years, playing both the guitar and base and decided to join the Pure band as he loves playing and being involved in music and enjoys that he can use it to do something positive and constructive rather than just playing it for the sake of it. Dan’s main musical influences are John Mayer and Coldplay and he hopes to incorporate using music in his future career.
Daniel has been playing the piano for 15 years and is proud to be able to use his skills and abilities to back Pure and its vision in every way he can.
He is particularly interested in all forms of music that have meaning and would like to be the first person to play the piano on the moon, even though he knows it would not be heard! His musical influences range from Tom Waits to Jason Upton and David Crowder Band and tries to bring a little of these to everything he plays.
He is currently planning an album and hoping to have it entirely finished by October 2008
